ABSENCE & CANCELATION POLICY
A 48-hour absence notification is required for all classes as we usually prepare materials or ingredients for each client in advance. Please email cidacenterny@gmail.com directly for changes or call 718-224-8197 Ext 6 to notify us about your absence. If you notify us at least 48 hours before your registered class starts, we will credit you the fee for the missing session.
If a class is canceled or change due low enrollment, weather or an instructor's personal issue, we will notify you right away and credit you the fee for the canceled session.
INJURY & MEDICAL INSURANCE
Although CIDA offers general liability insurance required by the law, we do not offer personal accident insurance coverage for program participants. If a participant becomes injured as a result of an accident due to his or her own health issues, disability or risky behaviors, all costs associated with the injury, including medical costs, are the responsibility of the person or his or her parent/guardian. If you have private health insurance, some costs may also be covered by your provider. Any other costs must be covered by parents/guardians.
